We got our CDN resident tickets activated at guest services at Epcot. Could you get Magic Bands anywhere at GF and have them activated when you do your tickets? I have also used a personal Disney shopper on Facebook that is very reasonably priced that could buy and ship bands to you before...

I took my parents and uncle to Tangerine Cafe after reading about it in your past trip reports. It definitely lives up to the hype!

We were at ASMusic last year during Pop Warner week. With you staying in a suite at the front of the resort it should be fairly quiet. The pool may be busy at times, but we didn’t find it to be noisy at all.

Definitely the suite. They are essentially 2 rooms that are converted to a suite. 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a living room area with a pullout couch. They are located in the 2 buildings closest to the main building with the QS restaurant and the buses.

Baseline is a great addition to HS, good beer selection along with the best pretzel on property. I didn’t have the charcuterie board, but it looks good as well.

If you want longer park hours, then go at a time of year when the parks are open longer. Unfortunately for us Disney is in the business of making money. You could always choose to spend your money somewhere else in Orlando, but even Universal closes early this time of year.

I wonder if Universal Studios fans complain as much as Disney fans about park closing times. On our trip years ago the one Uni park closed at 6 pm and one at 7 pm. We went for the Harry Potter celebrations and were blown away at how early the parks closed.

Baseline is a great little addition to HS. I think the pretzel is one of the best on Disney property.

I have found the restaurants around the World Showcase to be very average. I have dined at Rose and Crown, Chefs de France, Teppan Edo and La Hacienda de San Angel. You will find some good stuff at some of the QS restaurants, if you want to wander World Showcase and sample different foods. I...
