Interesting to note: In the final concept art of the Space Station, you can see a figure in a black suit operating the controls inside “the window”.

They’re not meant to realistically age. Not even in the original version. The children get slightly older in each scene. That’s it. Each act has always been what that family could have been like/doing in a respective era.

If we start in the 50s or after we lose two original scenes that date back to Walt Disney and the fair (Acts 1 and 2). By restoring acts 1-4 reasonably back to their world’s fair look and opening narration explaining we will travel thru the era in which Walt lived and that the family represents...

The CoP is my most sentimental soft spot for WDW. The premise isn't bad, nor is the unique rotating theater. It just needs some damn help! This is the second oldest attraction at WDW (after Cinderella's Golden Carousel) and only attraction at WDW directly touched by Walt and only Disney...
