    Pfizer Vaccine News

How many vaccines do you know of that were tested on 400 million or 1 billion people??

    Teppan Edo gluten free?

We have eaten here with a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating, simply cooked the gluten free food away from everything else (allergy was not severe enough to warrant anything else). I would say that your options are quite limited in terms of sides and sauces. You will only be able to...

Best Fish .. Paddlefish or Flying Fish or somewhere else?

I second that vote for the Boathouse! One of the most consistently good restaurants on property in my opinion

News Walt Disney World restaurants to begin expanding plant-based menu options

It's not just about carbon footprint, eating beef (and to a less extent other meats) is detrimental to the environment in three main ways: 1) direct deforestation and habitat loss to provide pasture for cattle grazing 2) indirect deforestation to grow soy and other crops to feed cattle in the...

News Walt Disney World restaurants to begin expanding plant-based menu options

Well, I think a lot of people (myself included) who eat a vegan diet choose to do so in order to reduce their carbon footprint. Therefore, it is more sustainable to eat these processed meat-imitation foods than it is to eat the real thing. For me, I choose to buy imitation meat when I have...

What's the best quick service restaurant at Epcot?

I agree with Tangierine cafe (unless you're a particularly picky eater and don't enjoy food from different cuisines) and Sunshine Seasons. The only quick service we have had issues with in Epcot is Katsura grill in the Japan pavilion. The sushi is OK (nothing to write home about) but other menu...

Is everything in Satuli Canteen in Avatar land spicy?

My mother is extremely sensitive to spice (she does not even like BBQ sauce as it is too 'tangy' for her) and she had no issues at Satuli. If you are nervous, you can choose a creamy herb dressing with any of the 'make your own' bowls, which should cancel out any 'spice'.

    Best Mexican at WDW

Definitely La Hacienda! We have tried both there and San Angel Inn multiple times and La Hacienda has consistently been far better. It's true that the experience of eating within the Mexico pavilion under the volcano is interesting, but in my opinion you can have just as amazing an experience...

    MNSSHP - Actually Worth It?

Thanks for all the replies! We're going in late october so the crowds have the potential to be nightmarish but we're going to give it a chance anyway! Now to choose a costume...

    MNSSHP - Actually Worth It?

Hey there! Is MNSSHP actually worth an extra $100 or so just to stay in the park past 6pm? We're an adults-only party and the extra activities seem pretty focussed on kids, we're also from the UK so Halloween isn't something we usually celebrate. We've never been in October before and I'm...

    Skippers Canteen No Reservations

And now every time I try to make a reservation I get a pop up saying that there's been an issue booking it...if they're going to have a system that forces you to choose where you're going to eat 180 days in advance at least have it working :(

    Skippers Canteen No Reservations

Thanks for the help! If they know they're going to have the event on that night anyway (as they clearly do because they've blocked reservations), why not just announce it and have tickets on sale already? Probably a silly question, but it seems more sensible to me!

    Skippers Canteen No Reservations

Anyone know why I'm unable to make reservations for dinner here for September 9th 2018? Lunch is fine but absolutely nothing for dinner!

    Skipper Canteen Reviews?

That might be true but I won't set food in CRT again - last time we went was 2 years ago and the pork I was served gave me the worse case of food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I had to go to the hospital

    Skipper Canteen Reviews?

Definitely one of the best table service restaurants in MK - food far surpasses the likes of Tony's and Cinderella's Royal Table

    Favorite food no longer sold

There are SO. MANY. Chai cream and tandoori chicken at Sanaa, seafood diavolo at Tonys, and jalapeño pretzels which were once sold at various locations around the parks to name but a few

Be Our Guest - Lunch or Dinner?

we've found the quality of the food and service severely lacking at dinner in recent years (compared to when the restaurant first opened), but lunch is consistently good and better value for money (in our opinion)

    MNSSHP dates

We've just booked our 2018 Disney trip and unfortunately (for us at least) it looks like we'll be there when the MNSSHP is in full swing. Just want to know if the dates are the same every year in September? We're trying to organise our day plans so that we're not at MK for any of the party days...

    The Grey Stuff?

If you dislike the dinner menu I would recommend eating there for lunch as you still get to try the grey stuff! The lunch menu is much more 'standard' - sandwiches etc. and it's still only a quick service meal on the dining plan

AKL - What are your likes?

We stay at Jambo house every trip - we love the smell, the grandeur of the lobby, all the dining locations are high quality, the shop sells a wide range of resort-specific merchandise. Our favourite thing to do whilst there is to come back after a long day at the parks, grab a drink in the...
