    Masks at WDW

I see my original post was added back to the thread. Thank you for doing this and allowing my opinion/prediction to be posted just like so many others that don't even come close to staying on topic in this thread.

    Masks at WDW

Well, you are incorrect. This is media and is protected by freedom of speech. I don't have to spend money. Oh, and I have also referred it to an ADA compliance attorney also. There is one that is really on the attack in the Orlando area right now.

    Masks at WDW

You are correct. However, I also see quite a few messages that do not answer the question and their editorial comments remain posted. I am not going to argue this point. You clearly pick and choose what is allowed to stay. We will see what the lawyers say.

    Masks at WDW

I am going to follow the rules since I recently had a message deleted because I didn't specifically answer the question from the beginning of the thread. Yes, I will go if I have to wear a mask. Now, I have followed the rules and answered the question so I should not have my post deleted again.

    Masks at WDW

After spending a couple of hours at Disney Springs this weekend I am going to make a prediction for when the parks open. Either wearing a mask is not going to be enforced or they will have to close the parks again. Regardless of what they put in writing, wearing masks are not being enforced at...

Rumor Indication that Disney may open on June 14th?

There were a couple of options depending on if you were on the monthly plan or paid in full. Either way, the options were to extend the pass for the amount of time they are closed or you can keep your expiration date the same and credit/refund will be issued if full pay, or shortened payment...

Rumor Indication that Disney may open on June 14th?

Well, that's only partly correct. Those on the monthly payment plan will only be refunded for payments made between March 15 and April 5 or somewhere around those dates. That amount is already known. However, those who paid in full will not know their refund until the parks open, unless their...

Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom Walkway

A new resort with a monorail stop would require a very creative design. The resort would be on the side of the express beam so the resort loading would require access somewhat similar to the Contemporary. However, given the location of the beam, the loading area may be over water which would...

Finally became annual passholders!! Now, a simple question....

I have seen several people reference the AP card but it doesn't appear anyone has stated that they no longer send the card with your magic bands. You will need to go to guest relations or a ticket window to get your card. Your magic band will not get you AP discounts, only the yellow card.

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

Not one to say "I told you so" but... (okay, maybe I am)

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

While I am aware this is assumed to be French Riviera themed, it is not specified as such. There are actually 17 areas around the world known as "Riviera," 18 if you consider Florida's other one affectionately known as "Redneck Riviera" in Panama City.

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

To answer your questions, no I do not have other DVC points. For question 2, I am not at the resort and did everything over the phone, which required a deposit via credit card to get the paperwork started. It was stated as a requirement regardless of paying cash or financing. While I really do...

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

I am sure you are right about people continuing to apply for financing. However, I gave my credit card for a deposit Monday and was supposed to receive the paperwork in the mail/e-mail Tuesday. As soon as this incident occurred I put everything on hold. It costs too much for poor quality work...

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

Expect to see more issues similar to this one. We went to the model center about a month ago and the queen size murphy bed in the studio was broken to the point where they couldn't pull it down. Not sure if it was a hinge issue or anchor points but when the model center equipment doesn't work it...

News Reservations now available for mini golf courses at Winter Summerland and Fantasia Gardens

Actually, it is needed. Last time our family was there we went to Fantasia on 2 different days and the wait was 45 minutes or more. This was a weekend in early May.

Booked Pop Century- Now I'm Regretting It

Food is good at the food court but if you want other options it is only a short walk across the bridge to AoA. I thought food options were better there.

    Video interview at Disney

Go to Guest Services ahead of time and tell them what is going on and ask if they have a quiet room you can use. I had a court hearing via telephone I had to attend a few years ago while I was at Hollywood Studios. Went to Guest Relations and asked if they had a place where I could go. Not sure...

    Thoughts on Fantasia Gardens

I believe passholders only get 25% off now but if you purchase a vacation package take a look in the coupon book you get. Usually there are at least a couple of coupons for a free round, plus some other good discounts.

Disney store at MK, limit of 1 item discount per person.

If you are an AP holder why would you not check with guest relations? Common sense would tell you that if you are denied the ability to get the discount because you didn't have the card then the place to get one would be guest relations. I was in the park Sunday and was stuck on the monorail and...
