Not exactly. For a while I only had a weekday pass to WDW. It was nice to go in the evenings every so often to grab dinner and a couple of rides.

The biggest thing we can draw from Magic Key is TWDC does not hate AP’s nearly as much as insiders and plenty on this forum wanted us to believe. The old system was totally broken, but there is clearly a need for repeat and local visitors.

Some can argue these passes are a better deal than WDW at the moment. Only 3 reservations allowed at a time.

No clue, but I imagine the 52 week pass is the one that is actually your key to going more than 1x per week on average. I would think the 52 weeks pass lets you purchase a ticket or extra visits for 50% off while the 48 week pass only gives you 20% or even nothing.

Some months have five "weeks", which solves that problem :)
