First of all, the "and go!" command is super obnoxious. I don't need to be ordered around. Second, literally every single QS in WDW has options other than burgers and chicken, so the question makes no sense. The answer is literally anywhere.

It's not really different from doing keto anywhere else. Proteins, fats, and some green vegetables. Avoid the starches. You can do that at almost all QS and TS locations.

Agree with you that the timing can be from almost immediately to many days/weeks. Totally disagree that you can pinpoint the source. Since the timing is so variable and that 2 people can eat the same dish but only 1 portion may be contaminated, it is just about impossible to figure it out...

Correct, it would not be a problem whatsoever. If there were a fire and some kind of rescue or intervention were required, no one would be checking the records to count how many people were supposed to be in each room. This would not impact the rescue efforts at all.
