New 350 room DVC tower coming to Disneyland Hotel

I know this is an older post, but why does this make me think of Cuesta Verde from Poltergeist, 😂

If you could bring back an old Disney attraction, what would it be?

The original Imagination, Horizons, World of Motion, Soarin' (over California), Maelstrom and more Norway.....but especially wish I could have ridden Adventure thru Inner Space!! And I know this isn't a popular opinion, but I will miss Ellen's Energy Adventure.

Can someone help flesh out my plans or give advice? We are going to rent a car on Sunday, May 28 from downtown Disney (yes, Sunday on Memorial Day weekend!) On the road by 8:30 AM and head to the Griffith Park Observatory for couple of hours, then see the Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese...

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

Be careful. I thought our 2014 trip would be our first and only trip to DLR, lol. But we fell in love with DLR and went back in 2015 and can't wait to go back next year! I hope you and DW have a blast!

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

I would definitely recommend making a list of the most important things to hit, like Radiator Springs Racers, World of Color, and Indiana Jones. Although the castle is smaller, we thought the Sleeping Beauty walk-through made up for it.

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

We are planning on taking one day off to relax. We will swim and may catch a movie at the DTD AMC. All the rest of the days, we will go into the parks.

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

Yep! I know most people think that is way too long, but we have had a great time spending all of our days at DLR. Not bored for a second. We went back to WDW a couple of months ago and missed our leisurely DLR trip this year.

Yeah, it's really kind of insulting....but I guess "next to nothing" is better than nothing!

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

Hmmm...now that I think about it some more, the difference between buying the signature pass and the deluxe pass would only be like maybe $130 (since I would save the cost of a one-day ticket, which I'm guessing might be around $120 next year on a busy day??) I wonder if I would save an extra...

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

The signature is $250 more than the deluxe. And there are four in my family. EEK! Even though the discounts are higher, I don't think that we would save over $1000 extra on food or souvenirs...if so, then we are really spending way too much on food and souvenirs, lol. I did look at the DVC...

Guide to DLR for WDW Veterans!

Can anybody give me some guidance on the cheapest way to have admission for our upcoming 10-day trip?....Although I know we don't actually NEED to stay that long, we WANT to stay that long. Our 2014 and 2015 trips were both 10 days and really allowed us to relax and smell the roses.... We will...

Norway Post Show Movie being Replaced.....for now?

I love the film. It really does make me want to go to Norway. I know it's outdated, but I still really, really love it and watch it every time. I'm weird like that :)

Weird Survey from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts

Yeah, I double-checked the sender and it was from Walt Disney parks and resorts. It did seem to require certain amount of intelligence; I felt like I was taking an achievement test where I had to come up with the best analogy. I tried to respond with as much of an agenda as I possibly could LOL...

Weird Survey from Walt Disney Parks & Resorts

Been lurking here for awhile and finally decided to post..... When I was at Hollywood Studios on June 16, I was approached by someone and asked if I would take a survey. I agreed and had hoped it would be something regarding either Star Wars or Cars Land. After not receiving their survey for...
