    News Tomorrowland love

Not sure if this has been suggested before in the course of these color updates, but is it out of the question that these new bright plain colored walls could be the canvas for continuous nighttime projection mapping throughout the whole land? Tree of Life has proven that something like this...

2015: The year of the EPCOT makeover?

What makes you say Cedar Point is a joke? It's a park with a different goal than any built by Disney or Universal. There's no intention of being immersive or aesthetically top shelf, its about the newest and biggest coasters that push boundaries and do something new to advance the field of...

anything new this Christmas season to see?

Just got back today and I'll be the first to say Jingle Cruise was a pretty big disappointment. Jungle Cruise has never met my expectations though and proved to met yet again it is a gigantic waste of space (and I'm typically extremely nostalgic for "classic" attractions!). Other than that...

PHOTOS - New design of maps now at Walt Disney World resort hotels

Exact same design mechanics as the most recently updated park maps; why would we have expected anything different from these new resort ones?

    Disney World Hotel Rooms

You sir, deserve a multitude of likes, even if this post is 7 years old.

The Age Debate (will they remember it?)!

I know that one of my grandfather's favorite memories of his entire life is one of watching me as I took my first trip on Small World. Tears nearly come to his eyes when he thinks about me just looking up in wonder at everything around me, and being only 3 at the time, I certainly don't...

PHOTOS - Starbucks West Side concept art and construction pictures

I really like the combination of modern design with natural elements. Seems to be the direction Disney Springs as a whole is going with water elements and raised walkways and whatnot, can't wait to see it in a few years when it's all said and done.

Remember when you could ride in the front of the monorail?

I always found it interesting that some iteration of the co-pilot cards were designed as part of a collectible series. This would seem to promote the same visitors seeking a very exclusive experience over and over to expand their collection while simultaneously preventing other guests from...

    Spaceship Earth wheel spinning

Somewhere out there Jeremy Irons must have uttered something about the "wheels of progress beginning to turn" or something to that effect. It's the only explanation really.

    Digital Walt Disney World

Very cool! Please continue to share your work, makes me remember the good old days of VMK, only this looks even more well designed than the real thing!

    Pittsburgh

FALSE!!! Disney Store is present at Ross Park Mall too, even if the store itself is a shell of what it once was.

    Pittsburgh

As a Pittsburgh native, I would say you're on the right track! Kennywood is a fun little park with a few really stellar rides. Station Square is the shopping area near the Gateway Clipper dock, but there's not much there if you have kids. The Heinz History Center and Sports Museum is well...

Best way... Resort hopping to see Christmas Decorations

One resort I would definitely try to get to other than the monorail resorts is Animal Kingdom Lodge. That place is huge and partiularly impressive when all dressed up for Christmas! Plus the kids will really like to see the animals out back by the pool area and it will give them a little taste...

Bye Bye Mickey...Disney is Ready for the New Generation (Yahoo Finance Article)

If you look beyond narrow and short-sighted views that limit your Disney interest to WDW, you'll see that this article is spot on. In today's market, Iger has been making all the right moves that have delivered all the right returns and if you aren't happy with theme park progress, TDO is to...

New Disney Parks CD to release this year!

Japan set looks amazing! For those who didn't translate, 12 CD's of background, ride, and parade music in honor of the resort's 30th anniversary! Package also includes a large historical photo book, tracklisting book of the CD's, exclusive tote bag, and photomosaic poster. If only TDO had the...

    Tower of Terror re-imagineering

Gotta say I love every idea you had in the post! I've ridden ToT a dozen or so times and I've seen my fair share of original Twilight Zone episodes, and I can say I never would have guessed that you're supposed to feel that you're moving upwards when the elevator car is moving forward... That...

    Disney world emojis

I would LOVE to find these if they exist! I recently went on a stint of finding and downloading "Disney" fonts that resemble (very closely) script used with Haunted mansion, Tomorrowland, TRON, and of course the Walt Disney signature script font! Most of these included some pictorial logos in...

Walking from POFQ to Old Key West

As above, I would advise against walking and instead using the bus routes when moving between any resorts that are not sister areas that are directly connected. Just easier and safer for everyone!

Rides or "Attractions" that used to scare you

One of the scariest memories of my childhood is a time we got stuck on Dinosaur due to a breakdown. Our ride car was just sitting there in the dark and I was convinced that the dinosaurs were closing in on us to come in for the kill... Scary stuff for a 6 year old!
