Reduced monorail hours week of April 29

The boats will still be operating and special buses are added during the times that the MRs are not operating which for the Resort MR will be from 11:30 to 6:00. You'll be fine.

    WDW Security Positions?

The words "top notch" and "very sharp" are not the words that come to mind when I describe uniformed WDW security. Barney Fife wannabe does though. As for catching knives, even a broken clock is correct twice a day. It's true that both OC and WDW Security use sniffer dogs at WDW. Having...

    RFID bracelets?

I agree and would think that you could opt for either one.

Reduced monorail hours week of April 29

I am aware of reduced MR operation dates but they are different. I'm showing only the 30th thru the 2nd. Just like to be accurate.

    RFID bracelets?

Bracelet KTTW, interesting? Not aware of any announcement by Disney. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Mickey and Minnie!

Just a word of caution. Minnie's appearance at TST is not shown on the official Times Guide because she's not always there. She is there on most days, but not always. Even the character info here on WDWMagic lists her as "Usually" at TST. I have no clue why that is. Mickey and Minnie do...

As it appears that it hasn't been announced, isn't it a good idea to have it verified?

    Universal's guest service now rival's Disney's

Rozzie, Rozzie, Rozzie, how unperceptive of you, assuming that the "Four Keys" applies to managers. Here's my "Two Keys" Do the best job you possibly can. Treat everyone the way you'd like to be treated if you were a guest. (I'll look for your tag.)

WDW Magic Bar-Room Brawl 4:more than the happiest place on earth...=) 2012 start

Because this thread's title includes DL's tag line, "The Happiest Place on Earth", I thought it was about DL.

    Caribe Royale opinons..

The Royal Caribe is a "WDW Good Neighbor Hotel" so it has to meet certain Disney criteria to qualify. It's under 15 minutes to all of the WDW parks and close to US and SW. I would have no problem recommending it.

    Universal's guest service now rival's Disney's

The Happiest Place on Earth is only Disneyland's tagline. WDW tagline is "Where Dreams Come True" MK's tagline is "The Most Magical Place on Earth". I noticed the lowering of standards about 15 years ago. While some jobs are in difficult environments, keep in mind that a good number of...

It was busy, but they didn't hit capacity.

    Crowded this week

Remember that it's also one of the less busy periods for resorts as well as the parks. Things seem to be normal at all the resorts for this time of year.

    Disney Does It Right

I'm going out on a limb here, you're not a CM? The vast majority, not all, of CMs are there because they really wanted to be part of something special. The pay is competitive, Disney expects a lot out of every CM, the work environment can be grueling in some positions, yet they do it and are...

    Disney Does It Right

No, it's not inconsequential and while CMs are employees, most consider themselves CMs because they actually feel that they are part of the show. Disney reinforces the playing a role concept from day one with periodic group or one on one meetings. It's not just cute terminology, it's a...
