I have only stayed at Windsor Hills (and loved it), but it is certainly closer, and from what I can tell, significantly cheaper (at least for the houses). If you want everything self-contained, like golf, maybe Reunion is for you. That said, there's a golf club right next door to Windsor Hills.

UndercoverTourist is definitely reputable. I've used them for my tickets probably half a dozen times now.

Caribe Royale is awesome. The 2 bedroom units in particular are great. That being said, you could rent an even nicer condo in a community like Windsor Hills for less than any discount rate I've ever seen when looking at the Caribe.

Another vote for Windsor Hills. I would also suggest saving yourself some money and going direct with an owner through a site like VRBO or HomeAway.
