Don't forget the weather. You will want a good weather day due to the many outdoor attractions that will be shut. I usually pick a few days i would like to go based on crowd calendars and pick the best weather day when i get there.

I've done two parks in one day with the front of the line express pass and it is tough to get it all done and have time to enjoy it and eat. 2 days minimum going forward. You made the right choice

Yes that is true, but 3 weeks ago prices at values were in the $120-$130 range, now $349 a night. something has to have changed. Disney Springs hotels are the same and most dont have rooms available now. Toy Story Land perhaps? Do they know a date we don't?
