Folks, Le Cellier just changed their menu to an all-day sort and is 2 DDP credits all the time. Lots of people are cancelling in protest so finding openings is no longer a big deal. Get used to the new norm.

In the US, with regards to the USDA and their definition of the cuts, a t-bone and a porterhouse are the exact same thing, however a t-bone is cut 3/4" or less and a porterhouse 3/4" or more. That's all. Otherwise, exactly the same, from the exact same location in a cow.
