It's a pineapple soft serve frozen dessert that is served at Aloha Isle in MK Adventureland. You can also get a Dole Whip float which is the soft serve in pineapple juice. I preferred the citrus swirl....before the ruined it :fork:

If that's directed toward the OP, isn't that a little harsh? And while I enjoy Soarin' I'll jump on the bandwagon and agree it is not yet a classic, but maybe one day it will be for the children currently going to WDW when they bring their kids.
