One thing I would say is a tradition... My wife and I honeymooned and have spent every anniversary in WDW. We always go to Tony's Town Square in the MK for dinner on our actual anniversary. Oddly enough we've sat in the same table every time. Not by request, just Disney Magic I guess...

If you want great seat, you need to arrive 2 hours before the start time of the show. You can get good seats at 90 minutes. Anything less than 90 minutes and you won't have as open a choice for seats.

Coronado Springs is the best Moderate Resort. It is a resort more than the others are. You can spend time there and feel like you are at a resort, not just a themed hotel. I love it. Been there twice and going back this year. It is its own bus route now (per previous post) go Coronado!
