I was actually at MGM the day they had a big tribute to Jim Henson about a month after he died. His family and all the muppeteers were there along with Michael Eisner. They premiered here come the muppets that day with a performance in front of the Chinese theater. I have some of the tribute...

I think he's referring to the one on the left. In this picture he is Scrooge. It's the same head used for Ludwig in the marathon pics with a slight redesign. By the way the above pic with Gyro looks like a Disney on parade or disney on ice pic.
