So...has anyone eaten a waffle/chicken sandwich at Sleepy Hollow?

It's become my new favorite quick MK lunch! I love that darn thing. PLENTY big enough to share too. It's huge. In fact, I have quite the awkward photo of me slightly inebriated stuffing one in my mouth after too much tequila in World Showcase earlier in the day! My mom has had the ham one...

    Artist Point or Citrico's?

Hmm if it were my choice hands down I'd do Artist Point. Yum. I like the look of the restaurant and the food is great. I've never been overly impressed with Citrico's. It's a fine restaurant but not worth it to me. I think there's better choices out there. So I'd pick Artist Point :)

How long does MB delivery take?

The shipping on these things is nuts. We customized and I think 2 days after our window to do so closed, I woke up to a confirmation email from ups. It was mailed out 9pm that night and arrived noon the next day. They're overnighting these suckers. The letter asking us to participate (which came...

    4th magic kingdom fastpass

If you do FastPicks it *sometimes* works. When I checked I got the bonus one a few times and not other days

    Disney World Smell Memories

A lot of it is the water, but I mean more the queue not the ride itself. They smell really different to me.

Do we need to book restaurants?

I'm going many same days and know its gotten pretty packed :( I'd look to resort restaurants as solid backups if places you want are full. There was still a lot at resorts, even character meals at places like Cape May or 1900 Park Fare. EPCOT. Seriously- most restaurants in EPCOT you can still...

Do we need to book restaurants?

Like others said, the short answer is yes, you need reservations. Free dining is killer on the restaurant availability. Especially any park but EPCOT- the other 3 have just a handful of table services and a lot of people who want to sit and eat. I checked a few of those days and Hollywood...

    I remember ....................

I remember begging my parents for those but they didn't want to spend the money on them all the time. I remember when the Confectionery was actually full of candy. Like wall to wall and souvenir boxes of loose candies and things. It was hard to move around, there was so much crammed in there...

    myMagic+ Upcoming Test(s)

From what I've heard it doesn't- if you get a band at checkin (the gray) theres no name at all just an ID number, but they still call you by name when you use it. So it seems tied to the name you use in MDE.

    myMagic+ Upcoming Test(s)

Good to know:) my mom and I put nicknames we have for each other on ours.

    myMagic+ Upcoming Test(s)

Has anyone who is getting bands printed a different name from their actual name inside- I mean like screennames or nicknames? It seems really customizable- I can set it to anything- I wonder if disney will put their foot down and say no if people get really weird with it...

WDW Food Discovery that you now buy/make at home?

Fancy dinner treat for us is the le cellier filet with the truffle butter sauce and mushroom risotto. Mmm Last trip it was dark choc covered pineapple spears. Always saw them but never tried one. SO good and easy at home.

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

No worries:) That's the only reason this seemed so off to me they haven't tried, at least a test, sooner for something like that. The tech is all there, they just need to use it.

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

You mean like the handheld ones they use now for the MyMagic system at all the restaurants? ;)

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

I'm with you here. That's why I was thinking it seems so easy to implement something like the DL ticket system that uses a photo they take of you first day. So if the bartender swiped your band or card, your face would pop up on their screen before they completed the purchase?

    That Cupcake Dilemma !

It breaks my heart to say it but...I really dislike WDW cupcakes. All of them:( (Don't stone me!) I used to be a cake decorator and prepared more cupcakes than a human could consume in lifetimes, so maybe I'm picky but the cake is always that premixed generic cupcake flavor and the frostings...

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

Same as I said above, I know that, but it's not your credit card either, yet it has charging privileges. Your card is verified when you check in with a valid photo id saying yes I'm over 21, and within the confines of WDW, that if you're holding that card you're who you said you were when you...

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

That's what I wonder- it does on cruise ships. Maybe the whole "international waters" bit they say changes things? Besides, its not an id- you show proof of id to get the card, so you've already verified it, its just tying it to you.

If we just say " she's a service dog" will they let her come to DNSSHP with us?

She is cute, but I think you're going to get a lot of grouchy replies here. Also, why under dining?? lol

21+ KTTW or magicbands would be lovely...

Most of you won't share this dilemma, but I'm quite young looking and pushing 30. I get carded, especially at WDW, almost constantly. Even with a baby under one arm and my parents around to verify I am, in fact, their adult spawn, they want the id or no drinky for me. And I hate having my...
