You can call Mears the night before you want to go. They will give you a schedule of what their pick-up times are (it is pretty flexible). You go down to the valet area at BC and the shuttle will pick you up. It's ususally a van. One to two hours before you want to leave US, call Mears again...

I clocked it last May and it was .5 mile from our room to the food court/gift shop. Not a bad walk timewise but not great when you are carrying your packages sent from the parks plus groceries.
