Caribbean Beach Resort Just made my fastpass+ @ BOG for lunch. Easiest thing I've done in a long time. :happy:

Lake Buena Vista Palace in 1987. Had a huge gift basket & bottle of champagne waiting for us. :) (no extra charge) This was when Downtown Disney hotels were operated by Disney. The only othter hotels were Poly & Contemporary. Grand Foridian was in the process of being built.

August 1987 & we stayed at Lake Buena Vista Palace with the honeymonn package. Gorgeous hotel & so exciting driving through hotel row. Only other places were Contemporary & Poly at the time. Got pictures of them building GF & wondering what kind of hotel that was going to be.

Packed & ready to go. Leaving at 2am tonight (Fri morning if you're picky) & driving down--check in & be at the DHS when it opens. This will be the longest day of my life! :ROFLOL: I'm too excited to sleep!!

49 days for us.....YEAH! Everything paid, ADRs confirmed, list of hotel decorations completed, MVMCP tickets on dresser, bought new batteries for the digital camera, Christmas Winnie the Pooh hat waiting to be worn again......need to pre order photo pass....ready to go!! :xmas:

The Plaza....they have great burgers & shakes! You can get in from the crowd, heat, have a little peace & quiet. It's nice to sit & eat & watch the people go by.

We have been colleting Disney ornaments since our WDW honeymoon in 1987. Our tree is completely Disney & there is nothing better that puts a smile on my face when I open the door & see all the ornaments & fun memories! If I do not buy anthing else while I am there it is always an ornament. :xmas:

DH & I went last Sept. to MNSSHP fo the 1st time..(child is in college) we had a blast! We rode what we want w/no lines. The parade & shows were great. We got our wrist bands at 4pm & then went to the Poly & relaxed, got something to eat & enjoyed the scenery for a while. We went back to MK...

Mine would be Mickey & Minnie.....seeing them up close or far away just makes the day perfect. :sohappy: DH.....always has & always will be Tigger.
