I rode out Frances (2004 post Charlie) hurricane at Disney World. We went to Epcot next day as all plane flights were cancelled and we couldn't go back to NY for another 24 hours. The parks were empty. But Frances wasn't that bad of a hurricane. It was a long tropical storm / rain event.

I was supposed to go to this. I am currently expecting it to be cancelled. We'll see.

It was a lot of points. Due to some family things, we had 500 reservation points that needed to be used. My son and his girlfriend will really enjoy this experience so to me, it made it a worthy opportunity to have them go.

I'm pretty sure the only reason it exists is for smokers to have a spot to get their fix. I doubt the cast even go out there, other than the cleaning staff.

I started with a queue number of 570 and managed to get in for the 31st at 11:22am.

The Dis went for a full trip, with 2 nights stay and a trip to Galaxy's Edge. Their video for the trip is over 2 hours long. I think its a good overview of the entire experience. I found it a more favorable view of the trip than the 4 hour experience video was.
