Given that your staying at the Poly, I would have to say the "stand" outside the Kona Cafe. It did not quite meet the quality of the Cali Grill, but I thought it was good.
If you are looking for signature dining, I would recommend Jiko (if your party has a willingness to try new food/flavors). If not, I also really enjoy the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. Have a great time. We are headed down in August also! :wave:

We are staying here for a few nights in August. Do you happen to know if the tour is well publicized once you arrive, or how often they offer it?
If you are staying at GF, it really is the best place to go for a casual meal at anytime without ADRs at the hotel. I also agree with others that it is a real good place for a mid-day break from MK.
I think it serves some average to above average food. As another poster said, food ranges from OK to very good. Nothing sticks out as "awful" or "must have" On our most recent trip I tried the calamari and penne alla vodka. Both were good.
