    Honeymoon Registry!

Hi Amy - Hopefully I am understanding your question correctly, you are not registering for accomodations/tickets but for other items. You want to use the "other money" for accomodations. Basically, the registry purchases are really symbolic item. For example, if you are registered for a...

    Honeymoon Registry!

You are correct on the limit. Since it includes things like the resort, dining plan and tickets, you can call your TA or CRO at any point to apply some of the dollars to your reservation. For the OPs question, you are not locked into anything you list. It is dollars that can be spent...

    weather question for Orlando residents

I am not an Orlando resident but I use weatherchannel.com and find it accurate. I would not let the rain (forcast or actual) stop you from going to the parks. While it does literally put a damper on things, it makes for lighter crowds. It is rare to rain all day.

    getting out of disneyworld

Alamo/National is the official car of Disney. They have rentals at "the car care center" just outside of the MK and the Swalophin. They will pick yu up by shuttle to bring you there and then bring you back by shuttle when you return the car. It is significantly cheaper to rent the car but it...

Sign Language Interpreter @ Disney's Poly Luau Cove

I agree, what Disney does is amazing. They actually have a regular schedule in which ever park has at least one day a week were the shows are signed. Good luck to you in your certification

Honeymooners - Do you tell them that when you check in?

If you are using a TA they will put it on the ressie for you. I know our agency does that and send the couple mouse ears for a little extra magic. I also agree about going to guest relations for the buttons. Enjoy

    Trip 21-2/9 IM WORRIED!

Actually the Homebuilders Convention has a huge block space at many of the Disney resorts. So while the resorts may be a little more crowded, many of those people are headed to the Orlando Convention Center during the day

dining at epcot on new year eve

There is always the chance that someone cancels. They open reservations 180 days in advance so many of those people have been set for a long time. Keep trying and try again once you are on site. Good luck

    The quickest way?

Just FYI, the small access road definetly seems like it can't be the way to go but it is...don't get worried.

    Rained Out

I'll also weigh in on rain or shine, "the show must go on". We were there during Ernesto and though the parks were empty, the rides were all open. DD was even brave enough to do the speedway (she said, how often do you get no line here!) The parade was cancelled but the fireworks did go off...

    May Have to Postpone Trip

The 5 day cancellation is for room only. Since you are on a package, you will need to cancel by 45 days out. Officially, there is a fee up to $200 for the cancellation or a $50 change fee, however, if your package is equal or more, they generally waive the fee. Good luck Sandy

    Backstage Magic Tour

Another vote for the tours being amazing!!! I have done several. If you are looking for something else unique, try lunch with an imagineer. It was incredible!!! And a bonus of a great soveneier. We were told currently 16 different imagineers do the lunches so it is always changing depending...

    Is it True?

THey changed the program this year to not allow the campsites free dining but the cabins are definetly included. I have a client there right now on free dining. To the original poster, the cabins may be "sold out of free dining packages"
