To me, SGE is great "on paper" but poor in execution.... i think the ending is underwhelming IMHO. The AA is amazing and if they'd put some TLC and fix the story a bit, it could be a vastly improved attraction. Another $0.02 for my semi-worthless thoughts.....

My $0.02 regarding the Harry Potter expansion: absolutely a great idea. I can't tell you how many of my daughters friends go around talking about Harry Potter and daydreaming about it.... what I *used* to do as a kid with the Disney parks.

I have to say that I had my first ever visit to the Universal Parks a few weeks ago and was blown away... amazing. But T2:3D has got to go.... so dated in content and technology... Actually, the best thing about the attraction was the CyberDyne introduction by the actress in the pre-show...

Although I wouldn't necessarily drain the whole thing, I think that another "island" smack dab in the middle would work (logistics and engineering aside of course :) )

Although an expanded backstage area is not as fun to speculate as something guest-facing, it's certainly good to hear that the cast members are getting some love. The quality of the cast members is what's keep WDW a step above Universal.

IMO... It's not that Avatar in and of itself is all that bad... However, I keep thinking of what Disney *could* do with their resources. Avatar *could* end up being a nice world to explore, but it's way too early in the franchise. Avatar seems to have already left pop culture... never...

And as far as learning on vacation goes... I think if WDI shoots more toward being inspired while on vacation instead of learning while on vacation, I think they could pull it off.

Actually... as much as I personally think that the Nemo ride is out of place, I wouldn't think it would have to go. Keep that and Turtle Talk w/Crush but add something to keep the inner nerd in all of us happy.

Hmmm.... well that type of tree actually looks promising. Hopefully they'll let them mature and put some firefly lights on them!

I would have thought that a magnolia would be a poor choice for maintenance... not necessarily for pruning and trimming, but in terms of cleanup: leaves dropping and the red berries. Does park operations make these decisions? By the way, here is a picture of young Southern Magnolias...

There's also the issue of heat. Trees that provide shade can drop the ground temperature by 5 degrees (even more depending on the humidity). Surely there has to be an another solution to the viewing problem of Wishes rather than removing the trees.
