Good choices.
Home State IMO is the easiest one to get to/from WDW, since it's right off of the 429. However, in a straight line, Windermere Brewing is closest to property - but takes a little longer due to being all surface streets.
I was at the North Garage today, and saw these markings on the second floor. They looked too well shaped, as if they were going to put some sort of chargers or other infrastructure here. There were two identical rows of them.
The Disney of back then was in many ways an old boys club, where there were rules for thee but not for me.
While a red pass issued now is likely non transferable, I wouldn't be surprised if Walt or Roy agreed to let a pass be passed down to heirs as part of a deal to obtain land they wanted for...
Clearly they think there's a big chance of losing, otherwise they would let it go to trial and win there.
It's not like the state is paying the legal bills.
Clearly the state and governor believe that they will lose on appeal, so it's in their best interest to sign a new developer agreement with Disney, paint it as a "victory against woke corporations, and move on with this.
Obviously I can’t doxx anyone, but the people I chatted with generally seemed pleased with the result, and given that they’re on Disney’s side (with gold footballs and company cars), I’d say that Disney will functionally get what they want.
Just got home from easter brunch, and there were people there who know what's up (it felt like a bus driver's convention... or some sort of attorney's convention. Or something in the middle?)
Anyway, this is pretty much it.
Disney gets what they want and DeSantis saves face in exchange for...
They're not. There's quite a few that are friendly with Disney and allowed to do what they do, since they don't cause problems and portray the mouse positively.
Jack Doherty OTOH is NOT one of them.
