News New Park Entrance coming to Epcot

I saw someone mentioned earlier that the tombstones were moved to another place outside the gates. Does anyone have a picture of where they were moved too? Are they in a foot traffic path? Does anyone know if these will be eventually moved back inside the gates (in a completely different area)...

When plans come together - PRICELESS!

Thanks for the info. Do you think we should call ahead about the special diet or is telling them when we get there is good enough?

When plans come together - PRICELESS!

For me, planning Disney trips, no matter how many times I do it, is stressful. But I love it when plans come together and all work out. My family is planning a trip for Easter weekend. We haven't been to Disney in a couple of years since we don't do Disney during school breaks or summer and my...

Trading DVC into RCI - AFTER booking questions

Thank you for the response. "After booking" means that I have done the exchange already and it's confirmed. The resort we booked at has 4 different types of 2 bedroom units - I was mainly curious what design and location we would get, so I can set expectations for the rest of the group. Sounds...

Trading DVC into RCI - AFTER booking questions

We have points expiring this coming October 2017 (we had banked them so they are 2015 points). Since we had to use or rent them before October, we looked at our options for DVC. Based on my family's circumstances, our best option was to go this summer, but WDW is out of the question because we...

    Just finalized rental points...now what?

Some DVC'ers that don't like to eat out every meal may order groceries for delivery. We like to have breakfast foods and maybe something for a lunch one day. You can order from the resort market ahead of time and they will deliver to your room and put stuff away. You can also order groceries...

    Disney Visa---worth it??

We have the premier Disney Card. We use it for everything and pay it off each month. Not only do we get more rewards, but we can use our points towards any airfare we purchase with our card. We paid for one whole ticket to Hawaii with my points!

    Aulani Advice

Read a lot of trip reports and figure out what things you like to do. Here's my trip report - http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3153140. We did the Pearl Harbor/Punchbowl/Diamond Head day. But we also drove around and explored. We didn't want to do the populated places, but wanted to...

No one will talk Disney with me

I feel the same way! I love talking Disney - but everyone thinks I'm crazy. We don't have a trip back planned yet, but we're going to Aulani next summer. Not quite the same though. - Dole Whip - I don't care for pineapple either but I tried one and I LOVE it. I have to have one everytime I go...

    Aulani Resort Question

Yes - you can use your points to pay for the hotel, dining, and/or other things at the resort. You'll just need to transfer your points to the "debit" card beforehand.

    Camera bag on rides

Mainly, I kept my camera bag at my feet for most rides. The only one I was concerned with was Rock N Rollercoaster because you go upside down, but it was fine when I squished it between my feet. For SplM, I wrapped it in a poncho. We never went on KRR because it was closed.:)
