Whether pro bowl is a success or not with people/fans/players I can assure you 20-30 yr old millionaires are not interested in visiting Orlando. That is no slight to Orlando or the amusement parks, but those guys want to go to Vegas, exotic resorts, and yea, Hawaii.

I just booked room at Swan on Travelocity for Fri -Sunday for $140 a night. This seemed like a great deal and there were lots of other options both on and off property. I am no expert but that seems to say to me that this event isn't very successful.

Just saw a AC DC Highway to Hell cover, I may have to figure a way to catch a show while they are there.

When I was a kid back in the 70's and went to MK the surprise unplanned interaction with a character was awesome. I once had Pinocchio sneak up and stand behind me mimicking my pose while everyone was laughing, it was a great experience. But standing in line in a plain room watching characters...

IMO this is another short sighted money grab idea brought to you by your friendly Disney senior management. To take an event that was rife with behavioral/safety issues before and add water plus dark hidden hideaways? I know two teen girls who are going to be disappointed they can't go with...

Plus the have their very own Brooklyn Brewery beer named ShackMeister Ale

Couldn't agree more, my kids and I now count Cabana Bay as our favorite hotel at both parks. Great theme, great facilities, and always a great price!

I know this isn't the frozenstrom thread but just had to post this pic from twitter (EPCOT Explorer), for me it is a perfect snapshot of what is wrong at WDW.

So I saw a couple of people talking about ADRs at Be Our Guest before MK opens, I just went in and was able to get a 8:05am ADR for this Saturday as part our upcoming trip. So hopefully we will finish breakfast quickly and get over to the Mine Train before opening rush.

Sorry to be selfish but glad this starts after my trip (this weekend), we plann on being there at rope drop and going to the mine train immediately. Whats next will we have to throw dollars at character meet & greets like we are at a strip club just to get their attention?

Have a 3 day trip coming up (1st in 2 yrs) to see how things have changed. I have now cancelled all restaurant reservations at WDW resort during our stay and will be trying some of the outside areas finest. Thanks for the info please keep it up!
