If staying at any of the hotels , you can use any of the pools. I have stayed at RPR and PBH, all the hotels are nice and would not hesitate booking any of them, but our favourite is the RPR, while it does not have a slide my DD who will be 12 when we go , tends to get bored with the slide...

Like Rabflmomsays, you make reservations when you enter the park, if you wait and just arrive ,depending how busy they are will depend on wether you get in or not. If you want to eat here then make the reservation.

its all in the price of your tickets. No there is no glass between you , the fish are not big sharks but my DD10 loved it and thought it was great.
