Hands down use Quicksilver. It is direct, personal(only you and your party), and conveinent. The stop at the supermarket makes a hugh difference. It kept us from renting a car. They have a meet and greet at the airport, they handle all bags, and the guys are just plain out friendly as can be...

We always go the last 2 weeks of April and everything seems to no more than a 15 minute wait with the exception of EE and Soarin. Very pleasant weather and the crowds are not bad at all. Best time to go I think except for maybe September.
