We did the exact same thing when I worked over in Tomorrowland. We'd stop TTA due to someone standing up or jumping in between cars.

Yes, E:E previews will be running during normal park operating hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Soarin's "FLIK" system, the cards used to calculate the wait time, automatically adds 20-30 minutes to the wait that FLIK determines. So, therefore, if your FLIK only takes 20 minutes, it will post a wait of 40 or 50 minutes...kind of wierd...

I'd suggest being there at 7:30am. My crowd-control shift for the parade starts at this time, and it usually begins 1/2 hour prior to guests coming in, if not an hour before.
