The new building shares a lot of similarities with the original design in that concept art. And that building was meant to be surrounded by nearly the same out buildings we have today.

DAS still existed during that time period though… and it in many ways is what led to the current problem.

Yeah, and that’s why it becomes a bigger problem. Once it happens once others are inclined to do the same which causes it to happen again and again and encourages more and more guests to exit.

Ah.. repeating rooms is actually not the attraction breaking down but rather guests not following instructions. If anyone exits the theater in the middle of the show it causes the rotation to be stopped for safety and guests repeat a scene.

When you say “broke down.” Do you mean the show stopped in the middle and they made everyone exit?

Unpopular opinion around here but one you’re entitled to. But it doesn’t break down that often. It’s fairly reliable.

I would never suggest anyone only ride COP. But calling it dumb and saying it breaks down so much is kinda ridiculous and false.

COP is always less than 6 min.

What you are referring to here is essentially the opposite of what’s going on.

I’m well aware of how DAS works. I’m not implying that cast members can call and get DAS for others without them being present. I’m saying that cast members can be using/abusing the DAS system as part of a travel party while not being the individual the DAS was issued to.
