    Art of Animation

Thanks for all the positive responses. Despite having to cancel this year the kids are super excited about next year so it'll hopefully be a great holiday. I'm just hoping the refurb of big blue isn't delayed and moved till next year.

That's great to hear. I think a few negative reviews worried us but we're looking forward to it.

    Art of Animation

So we've had to delay our August 2020 trip until next year :( We were due to stay at the CBR (mainly due to the Skyliner) but with prices going up and such we've downgraded to Art of Animation, Little Mermaid room. Anyone got any info about it? Never really looked at it before really. I think...

What do you think would happen if...

Queues would get longer but move quicker I'd guess.

Security splitting up families / groups at entrances

That argument is another discussion and I'm sure would illicit a thread just as ling however the point still stands about the queuing.

Security splitting up families / groups at entrances

This is the exact same at quick service places. Would the whole family stand in line to order? Now you're not required to but most people send people to get a table whilst 1 waits to order. If everyone orders then the queue is huge when in reality it doesn't need to be. Bag check lines are to...

    MF and RotR FP+

I think that's pretty much what I would expect if they do move to a FP+ system for GE.

    MF and RotR FP+

Hi all, Seen mentioned in passing on another chat that MF and RotR are becoming FP+ rides in July. Has anyone else heard this? We're there end of August so, if true which I'm skeptical about, when would FP+ be made available? And surely the tiers would be changing? Thanks

QS Dining plan - adult/child credits

Thats the DDP not the QSP (which come with adult and child however the credits were the same).

QS Dining plan - adult/child credits

It's not cheating the system. On the QS plan you didn't get children credits and adult credits you just got a lump sum which you couldn't distinguish between. Disney knew there was no way to tell which was ordered so people ordered what they wanted. They've now seemingly changed it to different...

QS Dining plan - adult/child credits

Im aware it was always stated however it was rarely enforced so I'm just checking out the latest. Having 2 fussy eaters it always really helped as the children's menus are quite restricted.

QS Dining plan - adult/child credits

When we last went in 2018 all QS dining credits were the same with no differentiation between adult and children. This meant my 2 little ones could choose what they wanted and not be restricted to the children's menu (which we found they rarely wanted anything off). I've seen somewhere that...

News Primeval Whirl at Disney's Animal Kingdom experiencing extended downtime

This attitude gets me. So when you were young you enjoyed it but now it's not for you we should get rid? What about children of today? Do they not get to play on it and enjoy it? Then when they bring their future children they can enjoy it and so on.

Is Disneyland Paris better than the parks at WDW?

I think it has the potential to outdo WDW and as it's now owned by Disney it could well get there. Aspects are amazing like the castle, the dragon amongst others but what mainly lets it down are the cast members.

Changes to Fastpass+ Tiers at Hollywood Studios Effective 8.29

Do you think tiers/FPP for SW:GE will be changed but middle August 2020? Thats when we're booked in and as it stands, any HS day would include a burner FPP at the first opportunity.

    Skyliner question?

You can't know if the capacity and amount of people travelling from POP. Mornings would be awful at CBR as full gondolas want past from POP. That on top of it being a different line so getting off is required anyway.

    Skyliner question?

I don't think it s craziness. If you could stay on from POP to EPCOT/DHS there wouldn't be a way to load at CBR as all gondolas would be full from POP.

    Cinderella's Royal Table

We've done CRT for breakfast on our honeymoon and since at DLP and last year with our DS5 and DD6 and both loved it. I'd 100% recommend doing it if you want to experience 'true disney'. Yes lines will be shorted but there is so much more to the parks than lines and rides.
