Say goodbye to ALL the clubs at PI.

sad Hello guys--it has been a LONG time since I have commented on here, but I have to say that PI always played a big part in our vacation. I was not a fan when the turnstiles were removed, as I felt that this was better suited as a 21+ area, and seeing a baby in a stoller after having just...

    Segways spark suit vs. Disney

just my opinion I have rarely visited a public place that was so in tune to the needs of disabled people as Disney is. They go to extremes to insure that ALL of their guests receive the best possible experience equally. When I went to Disney with a friend and her grandmother was in a...

    I have a few gripes!!!!

Wow I am not picking on you for your thread as I am sure you were just sharing a few bad experiences on what was overall a great vacation; however, isn't is amazing how much scrutiny we (all of us) give to Disney? Think about it. Is there any other place that you go or visit that you...

    Celeb Sightings at MGM Lately?

May of 2004, my family and I were waiting for Illuminations in front of Norway. A gate to the right of Norway opened and two golf carts came through, the first carrying George Bush (senior) and Barbara (in her pearls). The other seats and cart carried what appeared to be secret service and a...

    Any Animal Kingdom Lodge hints?

I stayed at the AKL last May with an AP rate, and was upgraded to Savannah, without asking! What a surprise. This resort is a treat for the senses. The view from the room can not be matched by any other resort in the country--I mean, where else can you go out onto your balcony at 1 in the...

Anything neat to see & do in Celebration, FL?

Bring your wallet--two years ago on a visit to Celebration, they quoted a price for the 3 story townhomes -- starting at $285,000.00. They have bungalow homes all the way up to estate homes. I don't know if I would want to live there, just for the above/mentioned creepiness of it, but it truly...
