Regardless, I use it legitimately as a bypass. If other people use it to "sneak", that's their deal. I'm just bummed it's going away. It was convenient.

I'm bummed that the bypass from the north side looks to be going away (and has been blocked by cones recently). Being locals in Windermere with AP's it was so convenient. I know the U-turn isn't that much of a hassle, but it still adds a few extra minutes into every trip now.

Maybe I missed it because I don't want to read 32 pages in this thread, but if someone wanted to get from Epcot to Hollywood Studios in this design, how would it be done with the T in the middle of the resorts there?

Here's the part from the Disney Parks Blog post today that I found the most interesting (in bold): "Today, we wanted to share an update that to make way for this basketball-themed experience, the West Side area will be undergoing changes – beginning with the closure of DisneyQuest on July 3, 2017."

Yes, but just temporarily. I'm sure they rolled it to Android first to test the experience and work out kinks before pushing it to iOS. Next update on iOS will be the 4.0 version and it's supposed to come very soon, from what I have heard.

You guys seems to be missing the bigger story here, which is that the Android version of the app was upgraded to 4.0 (iOS is only on 3.8), which completely redesigned the app to look, feel, and work like the current Disneyland app. MAJOR MAJOR change.

Ok, but I still stand by my opinion. The intensity is debatable, and CGI was more noticeable to me, and the bend of the tower was more prominent. I was not thrilled with it. I like the CA version better.
