The portions surprised us, too. Expected the corn on the cob to be a mini cob on a stick but it was a full cob. Full sized drinks and desserts, as well. We went for Halloween and it felt like a full experience, not just a stopgap measure. We were impressed.

They aren't doing Blue World or any expansions. Sea World Orlando has the fewest whales of the 3 parks, including one in her late 40s. There isn't much point in expansion if they will only ever house this decreasing population.

We stayed at the Sequoia Lodge about 18 months ago and honestly, its not as terrible as everyone makes it out to be. Yes, I found the rooms a little dated but overall if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time in them they will be fine.

We came down last week from Seattle to visit family and went to DTD. Doing it again this weekend for Knotts Fall o Ween and DTD again. People will travel for theme parks. There were other people on our flight back with Disney shopping bags, too.
