I'd recommend asking your friend directly but your friend may be eligible to receive some transferrable tickets that you could use at Disneyland without your friend. If your friend is offering his or her guest passes, your friend would have to be with you.

If your wife as access to 'The Hub', there is much information in the FAQ's of the Complimentary Admission module including confirmation that her Maingate and Guest passes may be used at Shanghai Disneyland. Watch out for blockout dates. May has not been posted as of yet but I'd hate for you...

Green ID's are not directly employed by the Walt Disney Company. They're a mix of contractors, some part-time cast members, etc. Just assume that if you have a green ID, you're entitled to virtually no Cast Member benefits.

I doubt that a 'coaching' would affect your rehire status into an hourly role. Expectations/standards are higher for a leadership role. It would be my recommendation to find an hourly and build your character and reputation from within rather than 'hoping' that you can find a 'professional'...

Yes, it does count. I know many spouses who purchase a seasonal Annual Pass so that they can more freely enjoy the parks without worrying about the quota, saving those 16 for when friends/family are in town.
