Awesome! Thanks for the video definitely helped!

    Space Mountain

The speed isn't my main concern. I've ridden and enjoyed Test Track with no problem. I think I'm more worried about the stomach dropping sensation when going down hills. Would you say it's comparible to the feeling on Splash Mountain or worse?

Thanks for the encouragement :) I think I will try the front if they'll let me request it. It's funny you mentioned that because I actually prefer the back of Thunder Mountain because it feels faster.

    Star Wars Park?

    My sentiments all around haha

    Star Wars Park?

I agree that it's gone a bit away from the studio theme, but it's definitely way more movie based than Florida based and frankly I hope it stays that way with some improvements. I think it would be weird to have a Florida themed themepark with Florida landmarks when you're already in Florida.

    Space Mountain

That's comforting to know. I really think I wanna at least try it once when I go again. I'll probably like it actually. I just have a tendency to build things like this up in my head.

    Space Mountain

True, but you at least have a general idea from watching the rest of carts in front of you and seeing the rest of the track around you.

Honestly I'm less concerned about the motion sickness and more so about the fact that you can't see where you're going on the ride. I just feel like less of a chicken if I blame it on the potential motion sickness haha.

    Optimal MK Fireworks Spot

I made the mistake of going to Magic Kingdom once on fourth of July. Was too excited about Disney to remember to double check the dates. Never. Again.

New theme park competition coming for WDW in Florida!

I know, but there seems to be different tourist groups. Like people who go to Florida for the theme parks vs. people who go to Florida to sightsee and visit the beaches. I realize that sometimes these two overlap I was generalizing a bit.

New theme park competition coming for WDW in Florida!

There are cinnamon rolls at Gaston's Tavern??? I did not know this! One more reason to really miss Disney right now.

New theme park competition coming for WDW in Florida!

It might be a tiny bit of competition from Florida locals or people visiting realatives in Florida, but most people won't come from countries all over the world or from all over America just to see a mall. People visiting Florida with the intent of well, visiting Florida may see it as a draw...

    Nice backside ;)

Will do :) I haven't started building yet. I'm still doing sketches to familiarize myself with the building, and since this is my first time I may try a simpler model of some sort first, but I'll definitely be sure to post all progress on this thread.

    Nice backside ;)

Oh wow, thanks! Not only is this extremely helpful it's also incredibly cool! May I ask where you found it?

    Nice backside ;)

I figured. I think I'll probably just end up improvising the back based on the rest of the building.

    Space Mountain

I definately want to try it sometime. Maybe I'll have it be the last ride of the day sometime, so if I do get sick or anything I can just relax at the hotel.

    Nice backside ;)

Ok seriously though. I'm considering making a model of The exterior of Phantom Manor. I've easily found referance photos of the front and sides and most of the surrounding area. I cannot find a picture of the backside. I'm assuming this is due to the fact that it is mostly hidden by trees, not...

Painting with light--I'd say we'll see this in Pandora

This is fascinating. I would love to hear more about it.

    Funniest moments from Disney attractions

Oh! I've thought of another one! I always enjoy it when, during the strethcing room scene, one of the CMs wait for the lights to go off and then moves either in front of or directly behind an unsuspecting guest. The reactions are always fun. I'm always quite impressed with the CM's ability to...

"Don't be cheeeeken (chicken)" moment from POTC. Mostly because it's become a normal phrase in my household.
