If you dont get the the AI, you have the option of doing the CP. If you do not have any jobs lined up elsewhere and want to start a career with Disney, I would recommend doing the CP. You can network around and get some experience before looking for something higher up.

I'm surprised they havent done this yet. They have tons of footage of the park in the Disney Learning Centers alone. I remember when I worked there I borrowed the official Opening Day Celebration that was broadcasted on tv and hosted by Julie Andrews. The park looked completely different.
