Walking distance from Pepperwood via Magic Way?

Hey folks,

Planning my February DLR vacation and I'm thinking of renting one of the VRBO places on Pepperwood (on the left of the image). How far of a walk does it look like it would be? Is there an entrance on that side that's easy to get to?

From Magic Way you'd cross Disneyland Drive and walk south a bit until the sidewalk veers east towards the parks. It's the walking path guests who skip the Mickey and Friends tram take to get to the Esplanade. It wouldn't be a short walk in total - probably 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.

Or it would be a 5 minute walk to the tram loading area at Mickey & Friends parking structure. You could tram most of the way to and from the parks.
