Can you have one at Epcot and 2 at MK if you have park hopper?

No. Your initial 3 fastpass selections must be in the same park. Once you have used them, you may get a 4th (and more) from a kiosk in the park you are in at that time. (MK kiosk for MK fastpass; Epcot kiosk for Epcot fastpass.)

If you're doing two parks in one day I'd advise hitting the first park early and doing the rides that you want in the stand by line. Book your FP for the second park and avoid the lines on three attractions here

Nope, the first three have to be for the same park. After you use them or the time has passed for all 3, you can get a 4th FP for a different park. But as @Tuvalu said, your 4th+ FPs must be made at a kiosk in the park you want FPs for. So you couldn't get a Spaceship Earth FP on the way out of MK.

Speaking of kiosk. If I have three people linked on my account, do all three have to go to the kiosk or can I fastpass for everybody?

Thank you for posting this question as I thought we could! Now what I think we will do it plan 3 passes at our afternoon/evening park like @CAPTAIN HOOK suggested.
