Paths not roads between parks

If you're looking for other walkways that aren't strictly park-to-park:

-The walkway from the Contemporary to the MK.
-You can walk via various pathways from the TTC to the Polynesian and all the way to the Grand Floridian.
-There are a couple ways to walk from Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness.
-You can walk from Saratoga Springs to Downtown Disney via two paths on either end of DD.
-There's also a walkway that doubles as a golf cart path than I've heard you can walk from OKW to Downtown Disney, but I have no experience with it.
-There's a sidewalk (with dedicated crossing signals when needed) along Buena Vista Drive, set back from the road in most places. It starts at Coronado Springs, passes Blizzard Beach and continues all the way to the far and of the All-Stars.

Just as a heads up -- this topic comes up from time to time in general...unless there is a clearly marked path, you are NOT permitted to walk anywhere at WDW between resorts or parks or anywhere else. Security will stop you if you try, drive you to your destination, and remind you that you are not permitted to walk anywhere that is not marked.
