We are probably buying at Poly next week...for us it comes down to location and theme. We like the laid back atmosphere of the Poly and the location of Poly is second to none. Some say the GF has a better location because it's one stop to MK. But Poly is walking to TTC and monorail to Epcot. No switching monorails at the Poly. I think that edges out GFs location.
Additionally, Poly DVC was not built new like GF. They refurbished existing longhouses. It's like you're still part of one resort and not two. As another mentioned above, the DVC side of GF is a bit segregated. It's not that bad but it's still there...Poly DVC is still just Poly.
These are just my thoughts on it over the past month or so of obsessing about this very topic!
