My parents bought me an animation cell at auction in 1996. The original owner had a set of them but the set was broken up and we ended up with one of them (which is good because it was the only one we wanted).
It is professionally framed in a very ugly gold frame and there is some problems with the mat surrounding it. I want to know if I can reframe it without damaging the value. We are not sure if it was framed by someone at Disney or by the owner.
I was hoping to find an email address from Disney or Dave the Archivist from the D23 site but I can not figure out how to contact him. I figured someone here would be able to help
