There's a nice patch of grass out front by the train station. Other than that, I recommend the planters on Main Street (though it's hard to find seating). Stay away from the foliage on Jungle Cruise... way too spicy.

We always do Cosmic Ray's at least once when we are in the MK. It has selections for everyone, from my almost-vegetarian sister-in-lay to my carnivore brother. I normally get the veggie burger (maybe vegan?) and load it up with stuff from the toppings bar. It's pretty good. My brother always goes for the half rotisserie chicken.

CHH has a great salad that you could get without the chicken. I don't know if the dressing is gluten free though? Same with the veg. chili there. Very good!

While waffles at Sleepy Hollow are a nice choice, in general...I like to leave MK. Contempo, Cptn Cooks, and Gasparilla are all great options and it's still super convenient to the park.
