Advice please FP during Dessert Party

We have the Fireworks Party booked during our trip at the end of June. I just booked our FP however 7DMT only had availability after 7pm. Our time slot for the Dessert Party is 6:15pm. Is it possible to leave the DP and come back after a FP? Also EP is 9pm and Wishes starts at 10pm is there anything else we could miss if we went before 9pm? New to FP+ and needing a bit of advice

If Wishes is at 10pm, the dessert party will begin at 9pm.

My reservation for the dessert party is actually 9PM however when i booked it there was a message that said it started 1 hour before wishes.

The dessert party does start an hour before wishes. There will be what looks like a very long line to get in once your reservation starts, but it will move quickly. An hour is plenty of time to make multiple trips to the buffet line and pack in those desserts before the fireworks start.
