Pool Towels?

In less than three weeks (HECK YEAAAAAAH!!!) we'll be arriving at Coronado.
My wife asked me a question last week and I told her yes but because I'm scatter brained, I wanted to check with you guys:
Does Coronado offer Pool towels outside of the room towels?
I believe all Disney hotels do but wanted to check.

And do the water parks do the same or can you take the pool towels from the hotel?

According to touringplans, technically they do (at the main pool anyway -- it's BYOT at the quiet pools), but it's sporadic. You can bring your room towels just in case, or send someone ahead to do reconnaissance. This is what they'll be looking for:

Main pool always has had towels when I have visited Coronado. The quiet pools don't but I have borrowed towels from the main pool and taken them to one of the quiet pools.

Now that Disney has set pool hours, I've never gone to a pool at a Mod or Deluxe that didn't have towels available.

It's BYOT. I think you can rent them, too.

You can rent them quite cheaply at the water parks.
They don't like you taking room towels out of the rooms.

They specifically tell you to take your room towel to the quiet pools...

Boy this was the one thing that really annoyed me at the Dolphin last month. I didn't realize you had to "check" your towels out and show your room key..I so like the the Disney resort way of handling the towels.

What about the water parks?

No free towels there.
Swipe them from the Coronado pool area and dump them into the water park towel return bin when you've used them.
They're all going to the same central laundry area anyway.
It's the perfect crime!
