I was flipping and found the Facts of Life is on TV right now! Love that show! I have a few seasons on DVD but I haven't seen it on TV in ages.
Quoted again, for a different reason.
Eric, I am watching back to back episodes of Corner Gas (because I've already seen the Murdoch Mysteries), to be followed by Canada's Worst Driver.

Anyone watch the Bruce Jenner/Diane Sawyer interview?

I watched the Jays get pounded by the Rays instead. Shut it off at 2-12, and watched Wednesday's Survivor with Tammy.
not my kind of thing I'm afraid, Jenner and the Kardasians were never my interest. I feel like they have zero braincells and they just ride the luck wave of their popularity. Only thing I envy, is definitively their marketing specialists.

So, for the dog owners, I saw something funny in Good Housekeeping magazine yesterday. It's a "Doggy Cam" which consists of a strap/leash harness, that you can attach to a GoPro camera. If you mount the GoPro to the dog's chest, you can cover chewing, digging, and front paw action. Or, if you attach the GoPro to his back, you can catch over the head shots of running, jumping and fetching. Ha! :p And no, I'm not making this up!! (It's shown on page 190 of the May issue. There was a copy in a waiting room, and that's how I saw it.) It costs $60 for the strap/harness.

Gotta tell you, though, my dog would have nothing to do with anything attached to him! He'd fight to get it off immediately! He hates anything put on him, even dog booties for the winter salt/snow.
theres plenty of videos in youtube of these straps, they're kinda cool!

No. Zero interest.

I was in the car awhile today and was listening to a talk show and Bruce was the topic.

Many seem to be pondering if this is yet another Kardashian media phenomenon with the possibility of his own reality type show projected as follow Bruce as his life changes.....

I never paid much attention to the entire Kardashian family or extended but this afternoons show did make me ponder their thoughts on the radio. Maybe, maybe not.

Someone did call in to the show and did wig out that the station was airing a talk show with the topic of Bruce when over a thousand people died in an earthquake. Oy. My guess if these people tried to talk for 3 hours on the little knowns of the earthquake details at that time listeners would be popp'n in a CD.

I wish I had taken a "before" photo.

About 6 months ago, Hubby moved the floor model t.v. down to the rec room, commandeered our bedroom t.v., and spread all of his electronic carp across my antique wash stand (um ... NO!), the smaller of the silver leaf nesting tables, and a third side table made of wood and glass - of which he smashed the glass.
I begged him to buy some kind of proper entertainment stand, as the mess was keeping me up at night.

So, on Tuesday, I went to Costco and bought the stand; spent 3 hours each Wednesday and Thursday putting it together - ALL BY MYSELF!

Yesterday, after he left, I moved the other stands/tables back to their right locations, and hooked up his t.v. (He'll have to hook up everything else tomorrow.)
And oh yeah, I ordered a new piece of glass.

This is so much more tidy.

Walt always has a bandanna around his neck, beyond that he never has worn clothing or had his nails painted, nor is he sporting any Tattooes.

That was a good show. I liked the episodes when they went to Europe and Australia the best. I wasn't a huge fan of when the Beverly character came on (to replace Mrs. Garrett), but there were still some good episodes.

It looks like some is dripping out of the bottom of the cherry. Does rain enter into the stem?

OK, look at it this way... You're a dog. Nature designed you to be able to deal with everything without the benefit of clothing, blankets or shoes. Along comes your owner and decides that you, the dog, are actually more human then dog and require the bling that humans require. Then they put "booties" on your feet and parade you out in public that to you is nothing more then constant humiliation. You'd fight it too!

Now for the argument that it's cold out and their feet would freeze, well, that would be natures way of telling you to find a new owner that would bring you to a climate where you can live freeze free.
;)

I feel bad when I put the booties on my dog when we take a walk in the winter but like you said I don't want her paws to freeze, but I also don't want the salt/sand used on the roads to get on her paws either. I would love to live somewhere warmer but hubby keeps telling me there aren't many job opportunities for him down south. He is an ELCA (Lutheran pastor). I don't know if he is right or not, who knows maybe the pastor is lying to me! Maybe I should research, so the dog won't have to wear booties! ;)
