If they name it after NBC, then my guess is the won't advertise the opening at all, and then shut it down after 3 weeks.

Not sure what you mean by that, it is speculated to be a sportsbar with a microbrewery included and a outside bar. How is that going to shut down after three weeks? or are you just trolling? I am up for that as well.
