Please Help Identify Disney Villains sets!

I am in possession of two sets of Disney Villains Coasters and Cocktail Plates along with One Medium sized Candy Bowl (all made of weighty ceramic). They feature profiles and painting of four well-known Disney Villains:
- Captain Hook
- Ursula
- Wick Queen
- Maleficent

It is beautiful artwork and seems like it would be a great seller but I cannot find a single source on it.
The sets are scarcely posted to Ebay or Amazon and often NOT as sets but individual pieces, offering no details or origin. I have contacted the Disney store but have not heard back from them yet...
If anyone can help out I would really appreciate it!

There is a small sticker that says "CIB" (Collector's Information Bureau, maybe?) on the candy bowl box. I searched their site for it but found nothing. (Edit: Blue "CIB" Sticker with the code : "47T003") and (Edit: Product numbers for Plates, Coasters, Bowl == 64047, 64048, 44125)

As far as I can tell the only other stickers I have on each individual box are white squares with a whole bunch of arbitrary numbers!

I found a sticker on the bottom of the coasters that said "Disney Direct from Overland Park" (in Kansas). I called them but they could not find the product number in their database. So they gave me the number to "Disney Store Retail Guest Relations" ( 866-902-2798.) but it's Saturday, so I had to settle for leaving them a message :l
