Best fastpasses for each park?

our 60 days are rapidly approaching and wondered what people thought were the best fastpasses for each park. We are 2 adults with 10 and 6 year old girls. Both of the girls are tall enough for all of the rides but we are not fussed over seating for parades, so rides and meets only! We will be going to each park twice during our vacation.

Ones to grab as soon as 60 days arrive
  • 7DMT, PPF, and Anna and Elsa (MK -- There's your three FP+ right there)
  • TSMM or ToT (HS, different tiers)
  • Soarin' or TT (Epcot, same tier)
  • Safaris and Everest (AK)

The attractions are split into two groups, with one selection allowed from group 1 and two selections allowed from group 2. Here is the breakdown.
