Canadian citizen auditioning for Disneyworld

Hi! I'm a Canadian Citizen and I've been struggling with this issue for over a year now... It's a big goal of mine to work at Disneyland and/or Disney World as a Character Look Alike (A.K.A Disney Princess). The only problem is that I'm confused about how to go about it. I know I'll have to audition but what happens if I get the job? Does Disney help out with Visas? I know some jobs take care of the whole immigration process if they offer you a job, so is that the same thing? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Disney will not help out with visas for regular CM position with very few exceptions - the main one being the international program

Also, if you tell the immigration officers that you're coming stateside to look for work, odds are that you will not be let into the US.
