I'm trying to help out a lady at my church who doesn't use a computer. She was at Mamma Melrose's Restaurant and had Pappardelle Pasta with roasted butternut squash and mushrooms. She just raved about it and asked me if I could somehow find the recipe for her. Coming here was my first thought. I looked at the listing of recipes on another thread and this one wasn't on there. Anybody know how I can get the recipe for her? Thanks.
